Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Yaninn ("we," "our," or "us") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for business intelligence and AI-powered insights. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how we handle subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests. By subscribing to any Yaninn paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial of up to 21 days with no payment required. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. No charge is made during the trial period, so no refund is applicable.

3. Subscription Fees

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance for the selected billing period — monthly or annually. Once a payment has been processed:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the billing period already charged.
  • You retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid period.
  • Annual plans are not eligible for partial-month refunds.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Admin Panel or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Account data may be retained for up to 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted.

5. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the price difference during the current billing period.

6. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge caused by a technical error on our side.
  • Service unavailability for an extended period due to our infrastructure.
  • Request submitted within 7 days of the original charge date.
